2) Products & Availability

  • Product availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may cancel it and notify you.

3) Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise.

  • Hash Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  • Payment methods available at checkout may include:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Bank Transfer

    • Debit/Credit Card

    • EasyPaisa/JazzCash (if enabled)

4) Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp (as applicable).

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

5) Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and can vary due to courier operations, weather, or peak seasons (sales/Eid).

  • Hash Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies after dispatch.

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping details. Incorrect information may cause delivery delays or cancellation.

6) Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted as per our policy guidelines.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Sale/discounted items may be non-returnable/non-exchangeable (unless damaged/incorrect).

7) Product Care & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, ironing, or misuse.

  • Please follow the care instructions provided on the product page/label.

8) Color & Design Variation Disclaimer

  • We try our best to display accurate product colors, but slight differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

  • Minor variations in print, embroidery, or embellishments may occur due to production and are not considered defects.

9) Customer Account & Security (If Applicable)

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

  • Hash Studio is not liable for unauthorized access due to customer negligence.

10) Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including logos, images, product descriptions, and designs—is the property of Hash Studio.

  • Hash Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product ordered.
