Returns & Exchanges

At Hash Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we offer returns/exchanges according to the policy below.

✅ Eligibility for Exchange / Return

You can request an exchange/return only if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the parcel

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • The product is returned with original tags, packing, and invoice

  • The item is in the same condition as delivered

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

The following items are not eligible:

  • Sale / Discounted items (unless received damaged or incorrect)

  • Accessories (if applicable)

  • Items damaged due to use, washing, mishandling, or stain

  • Color variation due to lighting/screen differences

  • Minor variations in print/embroidery (as designs may vary slightly)

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear pictures/video of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer replacement or store credit (as per availability).

Refund Policy

Hash Studio generally does not offer cash refunds.
Eligible cases are handled through:

  • Exchange, or

  • Store Credit / Voucher (valid for [X months])

(If you offer refunds via bank transfer/card reversal, tell me and I’ll adjust.)

Exchange Process (How to Apply)

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our support team on WhatsApp/Instagram/Email

  2. Share your order number, issue, and images (if required)

  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps

Shipping Charges for Exchange/Return

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged item), Hash Studio will cover shipping.

  • If the exchange is due to size change or customer preference, the customer will pay shipping charges.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned parcel:

  • Exchange processing takes 3–7 working days

Important Notes

  • Please do not send any parcel without contacting us first.

  • Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) are also eligible for exchange according to this policy.

  • Hash Studio reserves the right to reject a return/exchange request if the item does not meet the policy conditions.
