Shipping Policy

At Hash Studio, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely through trusted courier partners across Pakistan.

1) Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • All across Pakistan (Nationwide Delivery)
    (Optional) International shipping: [Yes/No] — if yes, add countries/regions.

2) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • During sales, new launches, Eid, or peak seasons, processing may take 2–4 working days.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3) Delivery Time (Pakistan)

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities / Remote Areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, strikes, road closures, or courier delays.

4) Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your city and order weight/value.

5) Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in most cities of Pakistan.

  • In some areas, COD may not be available due to courier limitations. In that case, you can choose bank transfer/card payment (as available on the website).

6) Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (whichever you use).
You can track your parcel using the courier’s tracking link or by contacting our support team.

7) Failed Delivery / Non-Availability

Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. If the customer is unavailable or the address is incomplete:

  • Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • If delivery fails, the parcel may be returned to us

  • Re-dispatch may require an additional shipping fee

8) Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within [X hours] of placing the order.
Once the order is dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

9) Damaged Parcel / Missing Items

If you receive a parcel that looks tampered or damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/video evidence

We will assist you according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

10) Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations.

  • Hash Studio is not responsible for delays caused by couriers after dispatch, but we will support you in tracking and updates.
