1) How can I place an order?
Simply browse the website, select your size, add items to cart, and proceed to checkout. After placing the order, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp (as applicable).

Yes, we deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier services.
3) What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges depend on your city and order value. The exact shipping fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

7) How do I know my size?

We try our best to display accurate colors, but slight variation may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
9) What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

13) How do I exchange an item?

15) Do you restock sold-out items?
Some designs are restocked, while limited collections may not return. You can contact us to confirm availability.
16) Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within [X hours] before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
17) How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, we share a tracking ID via SMS/email/WhatsApp. You can also track it through the courier’s website.
18) What if I’m not available at delivery time?
Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails repeatedly, the parcel may return to us. In that case, re-dispatch may require an additional shipping fee.
